Zhipeng Lu published in Genome Biology Special Issue

Biology graduate student Zhipeng Lu has published a paper in Genome Biology as part of a special ‘RBPome’ issue on RNA binding proteins. Zhipeng is joined by co-authorCasey Schmidt, a student in the GMB curriculum and their mentor, Professor Greg Matera in the publication titled: “RIP-seq analysis of eukaryotic Sm proteins identifies three major categories of Sm-containing ribonucleoproteins”.
