The BGSA (in association with GPSF) is hosting this year’s department food drive! The Biology buildings are in competition to see who can donate the most food, with the following teams:
- Coker/Wilson
- Fordham
- GSB
Find the donation boxes in your building and donate canned/non-perishable goods by November 28th. This is a great opportunity to help families in need!
Here is a more in-depth list of accepted items:
- Canned Meals: Stews, Soups, Tuna, Ravioli, Lasagna, etc. (Pop-top cans a plus!)
- Grains: Cereal, Rice, Pasta and Dried Beans
- Fruits: Fruit cups, Dried Fruit, Applesauce, 100% Juice and Juice Boxes
- Dried Foods: Rice, Pasta and Dried Beans
- Kid-Friendly Items: Granola Bars, Popcorn, Graham or Animal Crackers
- Baby Products: Diapers, Wipes, Formula, Infant Cereal
- Hygiene Items: Toothpaste, Feminine Products, Shaving Items, Hand Sanitizer, Soap
- Paper Products: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, etc.
